The Frick Coffee Table is part of Julian Chichester’s 35 Years capsule collection. It has been reimagined by a guest contributor, Hatta Byng, Editor of House and Garden magazine.
“Nice coffee tables – rather than an ottoman – are difficult to find. The Frick has an elegance and a lightness. I thought it would be fun to reimagine it in Julian’s glorious red gesso finish. The leather top matches exactly in colour, and with the subtle change of finish and slimmest brass detailing between the leather and gesso it feels very chic (to me!).”
The Table is offered in Faux Red Gesso with a Red Leather top, or Faux White Gesso with an Aged Mirror top. Gesso is a hand applied finish which is moulded by hand. As a result the finish is unique in both appearance and texture.
